After listening to your podcast today i did google on forensic agronomist for Ohio . Could not locate anyone who did this . How popular of profession is this ? Is their a shortage of forensic agronomist ? or is this an up an coming field of study ?
I can’t speak for everyone, but in much of our area (Kansas) forensic agronomy can be/is what many field agronomists we know simply have to do as part of the job description (if there’s a problem, the grower calls his agronomist). If you’re looking at any sort of agronomy as a career path, a good foundation in plant science wouldn’t be the worst place to start!
